LogoWear Pros will accept returns in the case of customization that is materially different from your original order/artwork, or if the goods are received damaged. In this case we will be happy to replace the item(s) or issue a refund if the item(s) are returned within 15 days of receipt. In general, we cannot accept returns of customized items for other than the above reasons.
